Terms and Conditions


The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

“Terms and Conditions” refer to these Terms and Conditions and includes the Privacy Policy.
“Site” refers to the website www.propertyrenovate.com.
“Propertyrenovate.com” refers to the registered company Propertyrenovate Ltd.
“Service” refers to the subscription service provided by the Site to a Subscriber.
“User” refers to a visitor to the Site.
“Subscriber” refers to a user of the Site who subscribes to the Service provided by the Site.
“Advertisement” refers to any information containing graphics or text submitted by the Advertiser to be displayed on a webpage on the Site.
“Advertiser” refers to any person, partner or company and/or its agents placing bookings for the insertion of an Advertisement on the Site.

1. Introduction
1.1 By accessing any part of the Site, you, the User, shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions unconditionally.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions do not use the Site or the Service.
1.3 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to change any of the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to visit the Terms and Conditions of the Site on a regular basis to ascertain whether any amendments to these Terms and Conditions have been made. If you do not agree to such an amendment, you should immediately cease to use this Site.

2. The Site
2.1 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to change the content, presentation, performance, user facilities and availability of any part of the Site at its sole discretion and without notice. It is the member’s responsibility to refer to and update itself in relation to any changes made. Any such changes will become effective upon posting by Propertyrenovate.com.
2.2 Propertyrenovate.com does not warrant any continuity of connection, transmission over security or results from the use of any network connection or facilities provided or omitted to be provided in connection with the use of the Site.
2.3 Propertyrenovate.com makes no warranty as to the continuous availability of the Site, but shall use reasonable endeavours to keep down time to a minimum.
2.4 Where Propertyrenovate.com provides hyperlinks to a third party’s website, Propertyrenovate.com shall not take any responsibility nor does it make any warranties, representations or undertakings about the content of any other website which may be referred to or accessed by the hyperlink and Propertyrenovate.com does not endorse or approve the content of such third parties websites.
2.5 Propertyrenovate.com does not make any warranties as to the completeness or availability of any hyperlinks provided by the Service.
2.6 The user acknowledges that information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is to be used at their own risk.
2.7 In no event shall Propertyrenovate.com be liable for any: lost profits; lost sales; lost business; lost opportunity; lost information; lost anticipated savings; or special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
2.8 It is the responsibility of the User to verify any information you obtain via the Service with independent authorities before acting on it.

3. No Warranty
3.1 The Site including, without limitation, its contents, functionality, performance and features are provided on an “as available basis” at the members’ sole risk and without representations or warranties of any kind and to the full extent permitted by law.

4. Licence
4.1 You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the Site without the prior written consent of Propertyrenovate.com or the appropriate third party, with the exception of downloading or printing a single copy for yourself for offline of any kind and to the full extent permitted by law.

5. Visitor Conduct
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material:-
5.1 that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
5.2 for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
5.3 which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world;
5.4 which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

6. The Service
6.1 The Service is available only to individuals who have the capacity to form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to these Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the foregoing, our Services are not available to minors (under 18 years of age).
6.2 The Service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Subscribers.
6.3 Propertyrenovate.com in their absolute discretion reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel subscription of any Subscriber at any time.
6.4 Subscribers must not pass on their membership details or transfer their membership to any other person.

7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to change its fee policy and the fees charged for the Service from time to time. Changes to the policy will become effective immediately. In these instances, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged for the use of the Service.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UK Sterling.
7.3 Members are responsible for paying all fees associated with using the Service and the Site and all applicable fees.
7.4 Payment must be made using our online payment service provider Stripe Ltd. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe in order to process future payments you may make, but they are not used for any other purpose.
7.5 Subscriptions will be set-up as automatically renewed monthly or annual payments.
7.6 Fees will be subject to VAT where stated.
7.7 Subscription cancellations can be triggered via the billing portal form displayed within the Subscriber’s online account dashboard. Alternatively cancellation requests can be emailed to support@propertyrenovate.com from the email address that the Subscriber’s account is registered to.
7.8 Subscription cancellation processed through the billing portal must be triggered prior to the next monthly or annual payment being processed to ensure no further payments are processed.
7.9 If Propertyrenovate.com does not respond to a cancellation request sent via email within 72 hours, it is the Subscriber’s responsibility to contact Propertyrenovate.com to ensure receipt. Propertyrenovate.com cannot be held responsible for the lack of timely delivery of email.
7.10 Subscribers have the right to cancel a subscription within 7 days of subscribing. In this case a refund will be made if requested by the Subscriber.
7.11 Subscribers are liable for fees incurred by them until the end of the subscription.

8. Advertising
8.1 Propertyrenovate.com in its absolute discretion reserves the right to omit, refuse or remove any Advertisement.
8.2 Propertyrenovate.com may make additions to, changes in or deletions from any submitted Advertisement, provided that Propertyrenovate.com informs the Advertiser where reasonably possible. Such changes may include (but are not limited to) reformatting, cropping, resizing and editing.
8.3 It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to check that their Advertisement is correct. Propertyrenovate.com accepts no liability for any error in the Advertisement unless notified to Propertyrenovate.com immediately at the point at which the error occurs.
8.4 The Advertiser warrants that the Advertisement does not in any way contravene the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
8.5 The Advertiser warrants that the advertisement is legal, decent, honest and truthful complying with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion, with any relevant codes of practice and with all requirements of current legislation and that it contains nothing that is defamatory or that constitutes an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party.
8.6 The placing of an order by an Advertiser constitutes an assurance that all necessary authority and permission has been secured in respect of the use in the Advertisement(s) of pictorial representations of (or purporting to be of) living persons, and of references to the words attributed to living persons.
8.7 Advertisements will be displayed for the period stated or displayed during the booking process.
8.8 The rate payable for insertion of any Advertisement shall be in accordance with the rates calculated and stated or displayed during the booking process.
8.9 Advertisers will be contacted before their Advertisement is due to expire and the advert will not be renewed without confirmation from the Advertiser.
8.10 Whilst every effort is made to ensure goods and services advertised on the Site are correct, Propertyrenovate.com disclaims the warranty of the accuracy, reliability, quality or practice of any of the goods or services advertised on the Site.
8.11 The Advertiser shall indemnify Propertyrenovate.com against any claim, cost, loss, damage and/or expenditure that Propertyrenovate.com may incur as a direct or indirect consequence of Propertyrenovate.com publishing the Advertisement in accordance with the instructions of the Advertiser.

9. General
9.1 This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
