Service Questions

Q. What information do you provide?
A: Subscribers have full access to a regularly updated online database of rundown properties for sale in London. Basic details and descriptions are listed with a link to further details from the estate agent. The database is fully searchable and will enable you to save your favourite properties and set up email alerts to notify you of new properties each day or week. Subscribers also have access to a London auction calendar which lists dates, venues and catalogues for auctioneers holding residential auctions in the capital.

Q. How often do you update the database?
A: Properties are usually added Monday to Friday and the database is checked regularly to remove those that are under offer or sold.

Q. How long do I have to subscribe for?
A: We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. The minimum subscription term is one month assuming that you cancel before your next monthly payment is processed.

A: Subscribing to Property Renovate is very simple, just click here.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
A: You can cancel or make changes to your subscription by visiting the billing portal within your account dashboard. Alternatively you can email support@propertyrenovate.com requesting cancellation and we will do this for you. Please note that subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, therefore we require at least five days' notice if you wish to end your subscription via email.


Property Questions

Q. What type of properties are listed?
A: We list all types of properties at all price ranges, but they all need some level of work. This could be major renovation, conversion opportunities, those with refurbishment potential or just in need of minor cosmetic updating.

Q. Where are the properties?
A: All properties are in London and have an inner London postcode (N, E, S or W). 

Q. How many properties are on the database?
A: The current number of properties is always listed on our homepage. On average we add 150 new properties each week.

Q. How do you find these properties?
A: We combine sophisticated search software with regular contact with estate agents and auctioneers throughout London. This ensures that we list the latest properties on the market.

Q. Do you list auction properties?
A: Some auction properties will appear on our database but we also provide subscribers with access to a comprehensive calendar of upcoming residential property auctions in London with links to the catalogues as they become available.
Payment Questions

Q. How much does it cost?
A: Monthly subscriptions are currently £20 per month. Annual subscriptions are half price costing just £120 per year. These are set up as automatically recurring payments processed each month/year until you cancel your subscription.

Q. Are there are any other fees or commission?
A: No, the only payment we ever take is the subscription fee.

Q. How do I pay?
A: You can pay using all major credit and debit cards online when you register a subscription using our secure payment platform.

Q. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card online
A: When completing your subscription registration you will be taken into a secure area which is managed by Stripe who employ the most sophisticated online trading system available. All transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information.

Membership Questions

Q. I am having problems logging in
A: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the lost your password link on the login page. Please contact us if you are still having problems.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel or make changes to your subscription by visiting the billing portal within your account dashboard. Alternatively you can email support@propertyrenovate.com requesting cancellation and we will do this for you. Other Questions


Q. I'm interested in a property, who do I contact?
A: You should contact the estate agent, auctioneer or private seller in the normal manner. We are not involved in the viewing or buying process.

Q. A property link does not appear to be working?
A: There may be a problem with the estate agent's website so you may wish to try the link again later. Alternatively the property may be sold or no longer on the market. As we are constantly monitoring the database we will soon update the details.

Q. Can I list my property on your website?
A: We are not currently accepting listings of private property sales.
