Members have full access to a regularly updated online database of rundown properties for sale in Greater London. Basic details and descriptions are listed as well as a direct link to the estate agent's details for that property. See our properties of the week and sample page for examples. What types of properties are on the database? Properties range from flats under 100k to million pound projects. All properties are in need of work ranging from basic redecoration to complete renovation. See our sample page for examples. All properties are in Greater London. How many properties are on the database? We are constantly updating the database, so the number of properties varies from week to week, however more than 100 new properties are added every week. See our homepage for the current number of properties. How much does it cost? Subscription costs £20 per month. Are there any extra costs? No. How do I register? To register click here. How do I pay? When completing the online registration form you will be transferred to Worldpay - one of the World's leading secure payment servers. Worldpay will safely and securely set up automatic monthly payments to be taken from your debit or credit card account. How long do I have to subscribe for? The minimum subscription term is one month. You can cancel your subscription at any time but we do require 5 days notice before your next monthly payment is due. How do I cancel my subscription? Send an email to support@propertyrenovate.com and we will cancel your subscription. We require 5 days notice before your next monthly payment is due. Alternatively you can cancel your account through Worldpay using the account details given to you during registration.
