User Agreement These terms and conditions apply when you access our website to use propertyrenovate.com Services. If you are unable to agree to them, then you must not use www.propertyrenovate.com (the "Site") or its membership services (the "Service(s)").	1 Membership 1.1 In order that a legally binding contract can be formed between the Registered Partnership propertyrenovate.com and a member, the member is required to confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this User Agreement unconditionally by ticking the user agreement checkbox during the registration process. If you do not agree to these, do not use the Service. 1.2 Our Services are available only to individuals who have the capacity to form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to these Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the foregoing, our Services are not available to minors (under 18 years of age). If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use our Services and no contract will be formed between you and propertyrenovate.com. 1.3 Our Services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. 1.4 Propertyrenovate.com in their absolute discretion reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership of any member at any time. 1.5 Members must not pass on their membership details or transfer their membership to any other person. 2 Fees and payment 2.1 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to change its fee policy and the fees charged for membership from time to time. Changes to the policy will become effective immediately. In these instances, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged for the use of the Service. 2.2 Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UK Sterling. 2.3 Members are responsible for paying all fees associated with using the Service and the Site and all applicable fees 2.4 We use WorldPay as our external payment provider. WorldPay requires that you pass on your credit or debit card details to process the transaction. These details are stored securely by WorldPay in order to process future payments you may make, but WorldPay does not use your information for any other purpose. 2.5 Propertyrenovate.com does not have access to these credit/debit card details and they are not stored or processed in any way by propertyrenovate.com. 2.6 Subscriptions will be set-up as automatically renewed monthly payments. 2.7 Subscriptions can be cancelled by notifying propertyrenovate.com via e-mail to support@propertyrenovate.com at least 5 days prior to the monthly payment being processed. If Propertyrenovate.com does not respond to the cancellation request within 72 hours, it is the Subscriber's responsibility to contact Propertyrenovate.com and re-request subscription cancellation. 2.8 Propertyrenovate.com will advise members if twelve months of subscription have expired and request confirmation before the subscription is renewed. 2.9 Alternatively you can access your Worldpay account at www.worldpay.com/shopper and cancel your subscription at anytime. 2.10 You have the right to cancel a subscription within 7 days of subscribing. In this case a refund will be made if requested by the Member by email to support@propertyrenovate.com. 3 Your information 3.1 "Your information" is defined as any information you provide to propertyrenovate.com during registration or any e-mail. 3.2 Your information shall not be false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or anything. 3.3 You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your membership and password. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. If your password has been stolen, you must let us know. Propertyrenovate.com may at any time, and at its sole discretion, terminate your membership without prior notice to you for violating the above provisions. 3.4 Much of the information on the Site is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to propertyrenovate.com by our third parties. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the Site without the prior written consent of propertyrenovate.com or the appropriate third party, with the exception of downloading or printing a single copy for yourself for offline viewing. 3.5 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to disclose any information about our members to law enforcement or other government officials as we believe necessary or appropriate. 3.6 Propertyrenovate.com takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect its members' privacy, but does not guarantee the privacy rights of members. 3.7 We may use your e-mail address to send you communications about products or services we feel will be of interest to you. If, at any stage, you do not wish to receive such communications please inform us at support@propertyrenovate.com and we will cease to e-mail such communications. 4. No Warranty 4.1 The Site including, without limitation, its contents, functionality, performance and features are provided on an "as available basis" at the members' sole risk and without representations or warranties of any kind and to the full extent permitted by law. 5. The Site 5.1 Propertyrenovate.com reserves the right to change the content, presentation, performance, user facilities and availability of any part of the Site at its sole discretion and without notice. It is the member's responsibility to refer to and update itself in relation to any changes made. Any such changes will become effective upon posting by propertyrenovate.com. 5.2 Propertyrenovate.com does not warrant any continuity of connection, transmission over security or results from the use of any network connection or facilities provided or omitted to be provided in connection with the use of the Site. 5.3 Where propertyrenovate.com provides hyperlinks to a third party's website, propertyrenovate.com shall not take any responsibility nor does it make any warranties, representations or undertakings about the content of any other website which may be referred to or accessed by the hyperlink and propertyrenovate.com does not endorse or approve the content of such third parties websites. 5.4 Propertyrenovate.com does not make any warranties as to the completeness or availability of any hyperlinks provided by the Service. 5.5 Propertyrenovate.com makes no warranty as to the continuous availability of the Site, but shall use reasonable endeavours to keep down time to a minimum. 5.6 The member acknowledges that information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is to be used at their own risk. 5.7 In no event shall propertyrenovate.com be liable for any: lost profits; lost sales; lost business; lost opportunity; lost information; lost anticipated savings; or special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement. 6.
